Delete your SportPicker account

SportPicker lets users permanently delete their account and associated personal data from inside the app or by contacting support.

How to request account deletion

  1. 1Open the SportPicker app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Profile, then Account Management.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account and confirm the deletion prompts.
  4. 4If you cannot access your account, email support@sportpicker.ai from the email address linked to your SportPicker account.

Data deleted

When your account is deleted, SportPicker removes your account profile, login sessions, chat logs, prediction usage records, saved slips, user preferences, daily challenge predictions and related in-app activity linked to your user ID.

Data retained

Some records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, payment or compliance reasons. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play, Apple App Store or Stripe depending on where they were purchased.

Deletion timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately for account data controlled by SportPicker. Backup, log, analytics or third-party processor records may take up to 90 days to be removed or anonymized unless a longer retention period is legally required.
