By creating an account or using SportPicker, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy in the version shown. If you do not accept them, do not create an account or use restricted features.

SportPicker is an informational multisport platform providing data, events, statistics, and standings. Comparative odds and AURA's probabilistic analysis are available exclusively for football. SportPicker is not a betting operator: it does not accept wagers or hold gambling funds.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”; features, coverage, and availability may change.

Some features require registration and email verification. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. Do not share an account or try to bypass limits, security controls, or plan conditions. You can delete your account through the available settings.

All site content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright.

Football data is provided by specialized sports data providers and subject to their terms of use.

AI predictions are generated by AURA and provided for informational purposes only.

Content, odds, and predictions are provided solely for information and entertainment. AI analysis is probabilistic, may be wrong or incomplete, and guarantees no outcome. It is not financial, gambling, or professional advice.

Data may contain errors or delays: verify information with official sources and always use your own judgment.

To the extent permitted by law, SportPicker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, interruptions, unavailable data, or decisions made from odds, predictions, and content. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You must not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access or bypass limits and protections

• Scrape, automate, or impose loads that harm the service without permission

• Republish content or data in breach of applicable rights

• Abuse AI chat, notifications, payments, or promotional features

We may limit or suspend access for a breach of these Terms, a security risk, fraud, or a legal requirement, with notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the service or delete your account; cancelling a subscription follows the rules below.

SportPicker offers Pro and Ultra plans: Stripe handles web payments; Apple App Store or Google Play handle app payments, with RevenueCat synchronizing status. Price, currency, billing interval, and applicable conditions are shown before confirmation.

For eligible new users, Pro Monthly includes a 3-day free trial; it becomes paid at the end unless cancelled beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the period.

Manage or cancel through Profile and the relevant portal or store. Refunds remain subject to mandatory rights and, for mobile purchases, store rules. Paid periods already used are not automatically refunded unless required by law.

We may update these Terms by publishing the new version and date. We will give reasonable notice of material changes; later use is subject to the applicable version, without limiting rights granted by law.
