How predictions work
SportPicker predictions help you read a match before kickoff: they are not promises, but concise analyses based on data, form, context and pick quality.
What you get in a prediction
Each prediction highlights the information you need to assess it against your own reading of the match.
Main pick
The most interesting selection for the match: result, Over/Under, BTTS or other available markets.
Confidence
A simple percentage: the higher it is, the more stable the model considers that pick based on available data.
Odds
When available, odds help you compare estimated probability with the value of the selection.
Key factors
Recent form, home/away context, head-to-heads, attacking/defensive trends and match situation.
How to read confidence
High
Stronger picks, more likely to become recommended.
Medium
Good signals, but with more variance or less decisive data.
Low
Treat carefully: it is often better to wait or not follow the pick.
Predictions vs Recommended picks
The Predictions page explains the system and helps you understand single-match forecasts. Recommended picks collect only the selections that pass our quality filters right now.
